Place the lancet into the loading area of your lacing device. While holding the lancet in the lancing device twist of the flat round head to reveal the needle.
Put the round cap to onside.
Once the lancet has been used replace the flat round cap back onto the lancet needle and then discharge it from the lancing device in to the bin.
